As a 5G Standards Engineer, you will tackle complex technical challenges for clients, leveraging your solid grounding in 5G Network Engineering principles to create new terrestrial and non-terrestrial networking solutions. This role involves a mix of desk-based idea generation, problem-solving, and hands-on engineering.

Requirements
- A degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- A willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
- Experience in successful product development and/or research into one or more of the following:
- 3GPP standardization
- Open RAN
- 5G New Radio communications systems
- 4G/5G private network solutions
- Strong communication skills, thriving in multidisciplinary teams and able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Commercial insight, with an understanding of translating technical solutions to commercial realities and considering new business opportunities
- Knowledge of Satellite Systems is highly desirable
