Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking a dedicated and organized
Stock Controller
to join our clients dynamic team in Eastleigh (SO50).
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
Accurately monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring that inventory is appropriately recorded, stored, and replenished.
Stock Audits:
Conduct regular stock checks and audits to identify discrepancies and report any issues to management.
Order Processing:
Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring that all stock movements are recorded accurately.
Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries related to stock availability, order status, and product information, providing excellent customer service at all times.
Supplier Coordination:
Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of stock and resolve any issues related to orders or inventory levels.
Warehouse Support:
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including picking, packing, and organising stock.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that all stock handling and storage practices adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service assistant/advisor role.
Warehouse Experience:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable.
Skills:
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Flexibility:
Willingness to work outside standard hours when required to meet business needs.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to quickly resolve stock-related issues and make informed decisions.
