Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, hand-on and ambitious individual to help manage and transform all aspects of the stock and inventory in our Flagship and largest branch in New Southgate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and streamline all processes and procedures involving stock and inventory held in the branch.
  • Work to proactively identify and implement process improvements where possible.
  • Manage and develop the stock and goods-in teams.
  • Inspire a high performance culture across the branch regarding stock management.
  • Work regularly through stock profile to reduce overstock/slow moving stock.
  • Regularly communicate with other departments and senior stakeholders to ensure that they are best supported.
  • Ensure current inventory is aligned with current and forecasted demand in the market.
  • Together with the Branch Manager and Group Head of Stock to directly oversee the bi-annual stock take.
  • Help optimise the merchandising of inventory in the store together with the head of merchandising.
  • Ensuring key performance indicators are in place to help manage and reward staff.

Person Specification:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Strong and natural communicative, leadership and management skills.
  • A successful track record in bringing improving processes and procedures.
  • Data driven in approach to problem solving.
