About The Team: The Replenishment and Production team are responsible for ingredient, inventory, and box preparation. As a Replenishment Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the correct ingredient and inventory is available timeously to all our active production lines between Kitting and Assembly. You will supervise a team of Replenishment Operatives ensuring everything is prepared and managed to support our Production team. Youll be responsible for allocating operatives to the line, and work closely with our Line Leaders and Shift Managers. What You Will Be Doing: ● Production line set up and clear-down activities ● Replenishment of stock on lines - refilling appropriate line positions with correct stock in the correct positions at the start of shift and for each changeover ● Allocating Replenishment staff onto lines ● Carry out regular checks of stock levels to ensure sufficient stock of all required ingredients is available ● Check and challenge the quality of ingredients ● Work closely with the Team Leaders and Replenishes to ensure lines are well stocked with correct SKUs ● Adherence to basic Food safety standards and understanding FEFO Requirements of specific SKU variations ● Auditing Health and Safety and promoting safe working practices in line with SOPs ● Working closely with QC Teams to understand root causes of issues and coach teams accordingly ● Proactively ensure no shortages and prepare next line for the production team ● Train and develop Replenishment Operatives promoting an excellence culture Who You Are: Keen eye for detail with replenishmentLead OpWarehouse experience Energy, enthusiasm, positive commitment and a can-do flexible attitude Basic Knowledge of WMS Systems Excellent communicator Strong work ethic Quick and effective problem solver Work well under pressure Able to work autonomously and with a team What you will get in return: ● 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes ● Company pension scheme ● Gym membership ● Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options) ● Electric vehicle scheme ● Free professional development and coaching memberships ● Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme ● If in the office, enjoy a free breakfast every day ● Eye care scheme ● Cycle to work scheme ● Group Life Assurance Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD Work Schedule: Sunday - Wednesday 6:30am-6:30pm Next steps: Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks.
