Description
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Pasta Evangelists restaurant. You will oversee all aspects of the Pasta Evangelists business by creating a culture to be proud of, coaching and supporting, motivating and engaging all your team.
Areas of responsibility:
- Recruitment & training
- Managing and developing your team
- Managing Food Safety
- Managing Health & Safety compliance
- Reporting & Compliance
- Meeting set business KPI's
- Achieving commercial objectives and management of COGS
- Driving sales growth through constant improvement to the service standards
- Opening of the new restaurant
Skills/Knowledge Required
- Strong communication skills at all levels
- Previous experience of managing a diverse workforce
- A track record of developing people
- Demonstrates strong Sales Focus
- Commercial Awareness.
- Understanding of P&L
- HR/ER knowledge (disciplinary/grievance process)
