Leadership and Management Inspire your team and act as a role model Develop, coach and motive your team to achieve success, holding them accountable where appropriate Take responsibility of your store and be accountable for any outcomes Develop relationships with your store team and ensure everyone is working to the same goals Work closely with the Area Manager and contribute to the success of your area as a whole Sales and Operations You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential. Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.
