Location: Frequent travel to London and UK offices but can be flexible on where you are based, Hybrid

Salary: £36,000 to £42,000 plus excellent benefits and career opportunities

The opportunity:

Join our rapidly growing team at Zurich as a Strategic Account Executive. We are looking for exceptional individuals to support our key distributors in the UK. This is a unique chance to develop your career and gain exposure to executive-level stakeholders, both internally and externally. As a part of our high-performing team, you will have the opportunity to work at the board level across all customer segments, products, and capacity arrangements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Execute Sales & Distribution strategies across all market-facing units, aligned to the UK business plan.
  • Develop new and existing distribution channels in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers.
  • Analyse management information and establish strategic account distribution trends.
  • Collaborate with regional and MFU teams to ensure consistency and improve awareness and execution of the UK and Regional plans.
  • Participate in business reviews and develop a market network across key strategic relationships and internal stakeholders.
  • Implement a consistent communication strategy across key internal functions to improve awareness and support to the business.
  • Support strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions or business improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with all functions to manage legal agreements, tender processes, commercial arrangements, and deal renewal processes.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Strong financial acumen and regulatory awareness.
  • Experience in data management and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use databases and financial models.
  • Ability to form strong networks and influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior colleagues.
  • Credible experience in business-to-business negotiation and partnership development.
  • Demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and a positive mindset.
  • Experience in using insights and data to drive results and support delivery of plans.
  • Ability to manage and meet deadlines while working under pressure.
