Main Focus for the Role: Driving new user acquisition across new and existing accounts. Managing complex sales cycles with an average deal size of 15k ARR per user, with most deals being 3+ users. Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Contributing to the development and refinement of sales strategies. Year 1 Expectations (Here's What Success Looks Like): Successfully onboard 30+ new users by the end of the first year. Develop a deep understanding of the company's technology and market, effectively communicating its value to clients. Help us shorten the sales cycle to 1.5 months for existing clients and 4 months for new clients (working closely with the CRO to achieve this). Achieve a target OTE of double the base salary through strategic selling and client management. The Fundamental Skills and Experience You’ll bring to the team: Minimum three years of proven success in SaaS sales, with experience in managing complex sales cycles (15k+ per user size deals ideally). Familiarity with the Fintech, B2B trading and/or data terminals sector. Resilience, grit, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment VS a big corporate is fundamental for our stage of growth. Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and the ability to build deep levels of trust with clients. Knowledge of trading terminology such as “bids/offers,” “forward curve,” and “paper/physical” is advantageous. Key Info Summary: Location: London area, with a flexible hybrid model (2-3 days per week in the office). Compensation: £70k-£90k base with £160k OTE (uncapped) through 15% of first-year top-line revenue, paid quarterly. EMI equity options available. Reports into: Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
