We are at an exciting stage of growth, and as our first Strategy Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our strategic direction. Role Summary We are looking for a mid-level Strategy Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You will support the development and execution of strategic projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and help build the foundation for future growth. Key Responsibilities Support the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth in day-to-day strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning. Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making and develop actionable insights. Create and update company materials, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, buyer personas, and competitor analysis. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the company. Assist in developing and refining pricing models and forecasting tools. Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and website updates. Build and maintain balanced scorecards and internal processes for measuring success across different functions. Assist in the refinement of go-to-market strategies, including channel partnerships, lead generation, and market positioning. Required Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus. 3-7 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or operations role, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or tech industries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, and creating actionable business insights. Experience developing strategic materials such as pitch decks, sales toolkits, and competitive analysis. Proven ability to manage and execute multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working closely with sales, marketing, or product teams is a plus.
