Role Summary
We are looking for a mid-level Strategy Analyst with 3-7 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth and contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. You will support the development and execution of strategic projects, drive data-driven decision-making, and help build the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the VP of Strategy & Operation Growth in day-to-day strategic initiatives, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business planning.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform strategic decision-making and develop actionable insights.
- Create and update company materials, including pitch decks, sales playbooks, buyer personas, and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the execution of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment across the company.
- Assist in developing and refining pricing models and forecasting tools.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of digital marketing campaigns and website updates.
- Build and maintain balanced scorecards and internal processes for measuring success across different functions.
- Assist in the refinement of go-to-market strategies, including channel partnerships, lead generation, and market positioning.
Required Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
- 3-7 years of experience in a strategy, business analysis, or operations role, preferably within enterprise software, SaaS, or tech industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis, modelling, and creating actionable business insights.
- Experience developing strategic materials such as pitch decks, sales toolkits, and competitive analysis.
- Proven ability to manage and execute multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working closely with sales, marketing, or product teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software is preferred.
