As a Strategy Associate, you will be a key contributor to our company’s strategic planning process. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to understand complex issues, develop problem-solving strategies, and implement solutions that drive the company’s growth, competitive position, and transformational change. This role is highly varied, working on a wide range of strategic initiatives covering commercial, operations, business structure & strategy, and corporate development and M&A. Why LBR? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights. Strategic Planning & Projects Develop problem-solving strategies and innovative solutions to address issues. Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives. Develop presentations and reports to communicate strategic plans and progress to stakeholders. Support in the development of Business Cases, including top-level financial analysis and modelling. Support the Director of Strategy in facilitating strategic planning sessions. Lead transformational change projects, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy. Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage timelines. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with various departments to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new processes and systems Engage with key stakeholders to gather feedback and address concerns. Skills Knowledge and Expertise Flexible and able to work on a wide variety of strategic initiatives. Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers. Able to navigate through complexity and ambiguity Skilled in assessing disparate information, distilling key insights and conveying them succinctly Able to work alone and build effective working relationships internally and externally.
