The role requires individuals who are exceptional problem-solvers, tactical thinkers, organised, and highly skilled communicators.<br><br><strong>In your day-to-day role, as a</strong><strong>Strategy Assurance Analyst, you will:</strong><ul><li>Accountable to Customer Operations Senior Management & Director.</li><li>Thoroughly understand the Customer Operations strategy assurance reports and processes. Lead on the development and monitoring of the MI suite to deliver accurate assurance, gather observations, derive insights, and create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance.</li><li>Understand the Customer Operations strategies & processes and review the strategies & processes to create measurable improvements to customer outcomes & business performance.</li><li>Collate results and outputs and present them to the business, providing a narrative from the data.</li><li>Challenge the status quo to ensure strategies, processes, and measures of success are optimal and aligned to customer and commercial requirements.</li><li>Identify, problem-solve, and address areas of risk or inefficiency.</li><li>Promote improvements to customer outcomes & experience and ensure that it is put at the core of everything that the team deliver.</li><li>Influence stakeholders through dynamic utilisation of presentations, applied research, and business reports.</li><li>Produce accurate, fit for purpose analytical work and insight.</li><li>Constructive team player and contributor who is confident to challenge when needed, while remaining visible, honest, and open to constructive feedback every day.</li><li>Actively raise risks via appropriate channels or management and seek solutions for said risks.</li><li>Support team development, mentoring Strategy Assurance Specialists.</li></ul><strong>What will make you stand out?</strong><ul><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Experience with SQL</li><li>Curious and analytically minded</li><li>Customer-centric solutions architect</li><li>Accountable, honest and transparent about mistakes</li><li>Dynamic approach to problem-solving</li><li>Strive for more, growth and development mindset</li><li>Resilient to challenges and stressful situations</li></ul><strong>The interview process:</strong><ul><li>Up to 30minute telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition team</li><li>Up to 30 mins with the hiring team - Technical interview</li><li>Final interview with the team - Competency based</li></ul>Our average process takes up to 4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.
