What we're looking for
As an integral part of our Strategy Practice, you will work alongside some of the most innovative thinkers in management consulting. Your role will involve providing executive level advisory capabilities to a diverse range of clients across industry. You will be tasked with supporting organisations in orienting to get the most out of their strategies, drive growth and secure competitive advantage.
In your role, you will be responsible for leveraging strategic theory to develop and refine actionable strategic solutions, grounded in empirical, insight-backed analysis, to drive substantial and enduring improvements for our clients.

who you are
At Covelent, we are seeking experienced professionals who exhibit a blend of entrepreneurial and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate would typically have:
- A successful academic background, holding either a PhD or a Master's degree, complemented by at least four years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in English, both in verbal and written communication, and fluency in another language is highly desirable.
- A global mindset, evidenced by experience working or living abroad, where you have immersed yourself in new cultures, absorbing diverse perspectives and philosophies.
- Prior experience in strategy consulting is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.
- Demonstrated ability in formulating and executing business strategies that involve quantitative analysis, conceptualisation, and effective communication of strategic solutions.
- A strong entrepreneurial spirit, with a commitment to excellence and an unyielding drive to succeed.
- Exceptional self-motivation, well-organised yet adaptable, with a strategic and comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
- A high degree of agility and eagerness to acquire new skills and explore new areas of expertise.
