Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, drive report production, and support internal strategic projects.
  • Analytical Insight: Lead data gathering, manipulate data into insights, and identify key messages for clients.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships, lead meetings, and facilitate team development.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong Industry Knowledge: The candidate should possess a robust understanding of the property, aviation, or travel retail sectors, including familiarity with retail, F&B, and leisure.
  • Analytical Skills: The candidate must be adept at sourcing, analysing, and drawing insights from large datasets. This is crucial for understanding brand performance metrics, leasing structures, and operational challenges within the industry.
  • Client Management and Leadership: Candidates should demonstrate good client management skills, with existing client contacts being a plus. They should also have the ability to lead project delivery, contribute to report creation, and manage both junior and senior staff members effectively.
