About the Role: To empower LexisNexis Risk Solutions SLT to achieve profitable revenue growth and market leadership. Responsibilities: Define market strategy, overall business goals and objectives. Create plans for each business unit with the SLT (and teams) to bring the business strategy to life. Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic priorities. Review and monitor market and competitive landscape in collaboration with the product team. Lead the partnership and acquisition strategy, identifying opportunities and working with the AVP Strategy and SLT to assess suitability. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and industry partners. Requirements: Experienced leader in insurance/financial services including market analysis, strategy, and delivery. Deep understanding of the market and be able articulate market problems and translate them internally into recommendations. Interest in the changing landscape of insurance and how data can be used to create value. Commercially literate with experience of managing budgets and supporting the business to achieve outcomes. Expert in interpreting data to find themes, make recommendations and build into a compelling story of the art of the possible. Excellent stakeholder management and skilled influencer, comfortable presenting internally and externally to senior management.
