Job Title: Strategy & Operational Manager Location: London (Kings Cross) Hybrid 4 days in the office Duration: 6 -Month Contract Salary: £350 Per Day via Umbrella company Inside IR35 Optamor is working with a well-known national company, and they currently have a vacancy for a Strategy & Operations Manager. In this role you will concentrate on developing and accelerating the growth of the advertising and media products, shaping the future of advertising within their ecosystem and unlocking new growth opportunities for the company. This role requires a blend of business strategy, operational excellence, and problem-solving skills. What you will be doing: You will be part of the Innovation team and you’ll play a key role in setting the strategy and delivering a roadmap of initiatives to shape the future. Own a roadmap of initiatives to build and improve new advertising products and revenue streams. Conduct experiments and A/B tests to develop the right monetisation strategy and go-to-market plan for new products. Design, implement, and optimise processes across the business to improve agility and accelerate innovation. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making. Lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate closely with teams including product, marketing, sales, and finance to drive alignment and execution. Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success and effectiveness of growth initiatives. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. About You : A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related STEM field. Over 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or operations within a large corporation or a rapidly growing startup. Strong skills in cross-functional stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and drive alignment towards shared objectives. Proven business acumen and strategic thinking, with a history of developing and implementing growth initiatives that achieve measurable outcomes. Excellent project management abilities, capable of prioritising and handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Exceptional analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel, and a demonstrated ability to extract actionable insights from complex data sets. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the talent to simplify complex concepts into clear and engaging narratives. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and driving positive change. You must be eligible to work in the UK for this opportunity. A DBS check may also be required.
