HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN?

TheStrategySenior Consultant – Workforce & Operational willjoin our UK Strategy Practice to support our client’s growing workforce transformation needs as well as needs in transforming their businesses to be more customer and employee-centric.

Exciting work you’ll do:

  • Use knowledge of workforce transformations, data analytics, workforce technology and effective project management skills to plan and lead work streams or projects.
  • Projects across varied industries and subsequent journey stages - from joining experiences, renewals experiences, through to termination experiences. You balance this with an understanding of end-to-end customer lifecycles
  • Manage own activities and those of team members to deliver desired business outcomes.
  • Focus on quality completion of deliverables.
  • Practical tools and techniques such as service blueprinting, journey mapping, process mapping, user stories and user research, experience measurement and metrics, voice of the customer
  • Different research approaches including both qualitative and quantitative, attitudinal and behavioural, and associated methods including; interviews, ethnography, user testing, surveys
  • Work directly with clients as a visible and engaged member of the team.
  • Actively contribute to business development through the identification of new opportunities with existing clients and work on shaping and writing proposals.
  • Establish positive relationships with clients and peers that build credibility, foster your support network, and empower career development.
  • Work with prestigious clients primarily located in the London area with some travel required.

What you will need:

  • 3+ years of management consulting, advisory, professional services, and/or Big 4 consulting experience.
  • The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.
  • Expertise in specific areas of workforce transformations including operating model.
  • Strong project management skills to include planning, prioritising and organisational skills are required
  • Strong presentation development and storytelling skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.
  • An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.
  • A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives and the community at large.
  • Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.
  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. A master’s degree and/or applicable professional certifications are bonuses.
