An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, forward-thinking company, specialising within the
Property
industry. This role is for a motivated individual with a good eye for detail and enthusiasm with solid customer services skills.
Duties:
Providing an exceptional student experience, ensuring their safety and welfare.
Visiting sites to assess repairs and maintenance and ensuring work has been completed satisfactorily.
Arranging maintenance orders with approved contractors
Manage the Check in, Check out and room turnaround process.
Building and managing relationships with tenants, contractors, and landlords
Managing escalated customerrelated issues and provide key emergency support.
Handling complaints in a professional manner
To be considered you will have/be:
Previous property industry experience is essential.
Student Lettings/ Residential Lettings experience
An excellent attention to detail
An ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills
An ability to work under pressure.
