ROLE PURPOSE: An Outreach Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing the school's outreach initiatives, promoting its programs, and building strategic partnerships to enhance the institution's visibility and impact. ROLE and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and Implement Outreach Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive outreach strategy aligned with the school's mission and goals. Execute strategic initiatives to increase awareness of the school and its offerings.

• Engage with Prospective Schools and students: Build relationships with prospective students and educational stakeholders to promote the benefits of attending the school. Organize outreach events, workshops, and presentations to showcase the school's academic programs, extracurricular activities, and student support services.

• Strengthen Community Partnerships: Cultivate partnerships with schools, community organizations, local authorities, and businesses to expand the school's reach and enhance its reputation. Collaborate on joint initiatives, sponsorships, and outreach activities to engage diverse communities.

• Coordinate Outreach Activities: Plan and coordinate outreach activities, including school visits, open days, recruitment fairs, and information sessions. Liaise with admissions staff, faculty members, and student ambassadors to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

• Track and Evaluate Outreach Efforts: Monitor the effectiveness of outreach initiatives through metrics, feedback, and data analysis. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize outreach efforts and achieve measurable results.

• Stay Current on Education Trends: Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector, including changes in curriculum, admissions requirements, and student demographics. Apply insights to adapt outreach strategies and address emerging needs and challenges.


Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in outreach, recruitment, or community engagement, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and messages.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute outreach plans to achieve objectives.
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting access and equity in education.
