Organisation UCFB Salary Circa £22,308 to £26,010 per annum depending upon qualifications & experience (plus £3000 London weighting allowance if applicable) Location UCFB Wembley Campus, London (some travel between sites will be expected) Contract type Permanent (Full time) Closing date 9 August 2024 Job Description UCFB are seeking to appoint a Student Support Advisor to utilise their knowledge and expertise to act as first line of enquiry, for a range of Pastoral and Wellbeing Support services across a designated campusKEY TASKS•Contribute to the successful delivery of the Departments Pastoral and Wellbeing Support services across a designated campus•Work collaboratively with all members of the Student Support Department to deliver the Departments first point of contact / front-line enquiry and advice service.•Under direction from the Student Support Manager/s and Student Support Lead/, contribute to the delivery of the Departments Pastoral and Wellbeing Support provision for all UG and PG students of the Institution•Administration of a range of key activities linked to the student experience.•Under direction from the Student Support Manager/s and Student Support Lead/s, contribute to the delivery of the Department’s involvement in the Institutions Student Engagement and ‘At-Risk’ ProvisionPlease see job description for further information and person specification.
