Elizabeth School of London Job Title: Student Support Officer
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum (Depending on work experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Sunday - Thursday (Friday & Saturday off). Sunday, Monday and Tuesday 9:00-5:00pm Wednesday & Thursday 12:00-8:00pm.

We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Student Support Officer.

As a Student Support Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our educational institution. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and assisting students with their queries and concerns. Provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and visitors, both in person and over the phone.
Maintain accurate student records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and managing office supplies.
Support the admissions process by processing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting with enrolment procedures.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university

Knowledge in Customer Service Standards
Willingness to learn and develop and contribute to the wider activities of Student Support and of the school.
Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport and trust with students.
Proficiency in using IT technology to record and search student data base.

Knowledge of counselling techniques to provide emotional support.
