About the role...
As Studio / Production Manager, you'll be leading the day to day operation of a large studio with a mix of around 15 creatives (some freelancers). You'll be responsible for this team as well as implementing the best working practices. Client wise, the company works with a mix of brands and along with your team, you'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
About you...
To be considered for this Studio / Production Manager role, you will have proven previous experience of running a studio (clients side or agency) possibly in a Production/Studio Manager position looking for a step up into a more commercial role. You'll have experience of managing a large team with varying levels and experience with appreciation and understanding of creative work. No two days will be the same and we're looking for someone who is a great problem solver. It goes without saying that you'll know your way around a spreadsheet and have experience of leading on operational processes.
