Position Summary:


This individual is the Manager of new Immersive Sauna, Ice Bath and Breathwork Facility in Manchester City Centre. Join this exciting new project which has ambition to expand to other cities in the UK. Becoming a founding member of the team where there will be progression opportunities as the business grows and expands.


You will focus on:


Sales & Marketing:

- Opportunity for Manager to earn commission utilising business development skills by securing group bookings, e.g. sports teams, local businesses.

- Promote offerings and events through various channels, including social media, email marketing and local partnerships.


Operational Management:

- Coordinate and manage studio schedules, including appointments, classes and events.

- Management of cleaning team to ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the studio facilities, including the sauna and ice bath areas.

- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels.


Customer Experience:

- Greet and assist clients, ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.

- Create a culture that reflects FIX values amongst staff.

- Respond promptly and courteously to client feedback and concerns.

- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, implementing improvements as needed.


Staff Management:

- Recruit, train and supervise staff. These will mainly be front desk personnel and cleaners.

- Schedule and manage staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to staff members.


Safety and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, e.g. sanitation protocols, emergency procedures.

- Regular inspections to identify and address safety hazards / maintenance issues.


Position Requirements:

- 2 or more years of leadership or management experience.

- Familiar with managing a budget and staff / instructor schedules.

- Proven successful collaboration with team members.
