Key Responsibilities: Traffic Management: Coordinate and manage the flow of projects through the studio, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively. Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling of all studio activities, from internal meetings to client deadlines, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Freelance Bookings: Manage the hiring and scheduling of freelancers, ensuring the right talent is brought in at the right time for each project. Recruitment: Take charge of recruitment for the studio team, helping them to bring in top-tier talent that aligns with our agency’s values and goals. Team Glue: Act as the central point of contact within the studio, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring seamless communication across all teams. What We’re Looking For: A strong background in operations, ideally within a creative or studio environment. Proven experience in traffic management, scheduling, and handling freelance bookings.
