ABOUT THE ROLE They are currently looking for a skilled Sub Agent to join their team and contribute to the success of their projects.Project Management: Oversee and manage various aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals, including engineers and site staff, to achieve project goals and maintain high levels of productivity and morale.Site Operations: Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and implement strategies to address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel on site.Client Communication: Maintain strong and positive relationships with clients, keeping them informed about project progress and addressing any concerns or queries in a timely manner.Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the highest standards are maintained throughout the construction process.Cost Management: Work closely with the project team to monitor and control project costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality. REQUIREMENTS Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Proven experience as a Sub Agent or similar role in the construction industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Thorough knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions under pressure.Proficient in project management software and tools.
