We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sub Agent to join our team for a major civil highways scheme in North Devon. As a Sub Agent, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of this large-scale project, overseeing various aspects of construction and ensuring compliance with project specifications and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- day-to-day operations on site, including coordination of resources and subcontractors
- health and safety regulations are always adhered to.
- progress and quality of work and implementing necessary corrective actions.
- with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and local authorities
- project documentation and reporting on project progress
Qualifications and Experience:
- experience working as a Sub Agent on civil highways projects.
- knowledge of construction methods and industry best practices
- communication and leadership skills
- to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- qualifications in civil engineering or construction management
Duration & Freelance rate
4 Months plus circa £350 per day
