Partner with the best
As the Subsea Project Engineering Manager you will drive coordination, execution and communication across multiple engineering product lines within a single project. You will coordinate between product line engineering teams to ensure successful completion of project activities on-time and on-budget. The PEM will work directly with the Project Director (PD) and report into the Engineering Manager for Subsea Projects.
As a Project Engineering Manager, you will also be responsible for:

  • Leading monthly scheduled reviews that track progress and spending by team
  • Monitoring and resolving any deviations from the early baseline on the S-curve for engineering
  • Driving on-time delivery through regular meetings and detailed team engagement
  • Issuing and approving workforce needed to execute to the schedule and any additional scope that enters the projects. Manage the cost and the resource plan
  • Maintaining cost analysis, explaining and resolving any deviations from the allocated costs within each of the project engineering teams
  • Tracking efficiency factors on projects and forecasting project impacts based on changes in efficiency taking corrective actions where necessary

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a bachelor's degree in engineering or science-based discipline
  • Have previous experience in positions such as project engineering, system engineering or project engineering management at product or system level
  • Be able to create and lead multi-disciplined, geographically dispersed teams
  • Have excellent inter-personal and communication skills
  • Be able to synthesize information, identify problems, establish facts, and deduce solutions
  • Demonstrate ability to lead programs / projects.
  • Be available to travel internationally for project needs and for short term assignments
