We are delighted to be supporting the world leader in energy and telecoms cable systems, with the appointment of a Subsea Technical Support Engineer to support the execution of submarine systems projects.
Responsibilities:
Prepare equipment mobilization documentation for Prysmian's vessels and vessels of opportunity
Manage vessels and marine equipment during mobilization and project execution phase
Oversee asset preparation and configuration for installation projects
Manage project documentation related to burial assets
Mobilization budget preparation and cost control
Define, select, and prepare installation assets, including crewing
Cover technical responsibility in the subcontractor selection
Study, propose, and implement innovative solutions for installation assets
Act as Marine Operation Superintendent in offshore installation sites
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering Technology or a related field, along with experience in subsea cable installation or the construction industry.
A dedicated training and development process within the Marine Operations department is on offer for this position.
