Job Description

I am thrilled to recruit an HRIS Analyst for an outstanding business based in the heart of London. The business has set out a comprehensive and exciting HR tech roadmap with both quick wins, and longer-term goals in mind. This role will sit within an established team, reporting to the HRIS Manager, and acting as a solid pair of hands in the space of config, data, analytics, and insights.

This position isn’t just an HR IT-focused role, as you will be given the opportunity to take the role by the horns and properly stakeholder manage across all levels within the business, be this with HR, IT, finance, and directly with the senior business operations. This role will work primarily on SuccessFactors across multiple modules, the business has further planned to implement new modules so there is scope to get involved in implementations and ongoing projects. This is an extremely exciting time to be joining the business with new modules on the horizon and a chance to get involved in ongoing projects.


  • Act as a SuccessFactors SME, promoting solutions that consider a business point of view in system or process reviews.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for present and future system enhancements in HR, quantifying associated business benefits.
  • Evaluate and refine routine tasks within the system to improve efficiency.
  • Analyse external market trends and internal HR data to provide insights for refining the employee experience.
  • Promote the benefits of SuccessFactors enhancements to internal partners, outlining process improvements and aiding in the creation of training materials.
  • Provide secondary and tertiary support for system inquiries when required.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll teams, and third-party partners to gather detailed requirements for system improvements and satellite technology across the
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to review SuccessFactors insights and make data-informed decisions to enhance user experience.
  • Ensure continuous efforts to maintain data integrity, working with the Data & Reporting Analyst to conduct data audits and implement processes for better quality data.
  • Develop a solid understanding of data flows between the HR teams, and other systems across the organisation, including downstream impacts on other departments.
  • Stay abreast of GDPR and other data protection laws, promptly reporting compliance concerns to the People Technology Manager and/or Head of Reward & Systems.
