Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring that processes are fully documented including any supporting documentation as required
- Facilitating users’ enablement and training on all the end-to-end HR SF processes
- Supporting implementation of the processes including change and engagement activities to ensure process adoption within the wider business
About You:
- HR practitioner with experience in HR process design, implementation, and improvement
- Ideally experience of working in a process analyst from larger organization
- Ideally experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Life Cycle, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting & Onboarding and Performance Management/Talent
- Proven experience documenting and delivering process designs
- Experience in process workshop facilitation and influencing multiple stakeholder groups
