About the role…

We are now looking for a talented Supplies Administrator to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract. As a Supplies Administrator, you will support the Executive Director - Visit Management and Supplies Manager with the management and delivery of supplies in support of Home Trial Support (HTS) studies within the Operations division.


The Supplies Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Process, package and ship orders accurately
  • Organise stocks and maintain inventory
  • Inspect products for defects and damages
  • Examine incoing and outgoing shipments
  • Organize supplies storage space
  • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
  • Supports the Supplies Manager with the planning, management and co-ordination of all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand


Skills, Experience, and Qualifications...


  • Previous experience working in a warehouse or other supplies packing environment along
  • IT skills – understanding of and ability to use Outlook, Word & Teams
  • The ability to solve problems and make decisions, as well as think laterally and offer solutions
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Able to work on own initiative and without daily supervision
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm and a desire to work as part of a team
  • Act as a positive ambassador of MRN


Where: This role is part time and the hours are 16 hours per week, preferably Monday and Tuesdays. The role is located onsite in Crownhill, Milton Keynes.

Contract Type: This is a 6 month, fixed term contract position
