If you are an experienced Supply Chain Manager who enjoys developing and implementing new strategies, you will thrive in this position. Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.Subsidised healthcare plan ~ Cycle to work scheme ~28 days holiday (including Bank holidays) ~ Additional training will be provided as and when required ~ On site parking Manage the order fulfilment process, including customer service and warehouse functions Monitoring procurement activities, ensuring the most cost-effective methods, maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers Co-ordinate the production planning processes Supporting team members, coaching and mentoring whilst leading by example Oversee the transportation and distribution activities, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers Implement inventory control measures and demand forecasting techniques to maintain optimum stock levels Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain Work with HR and other managers to implement company policies Experience using supply chain management software, such as ERP, transportation management, and inventory management systems Rapport building abilities If you know someone suitable for this role, share the word and through our referral scheme receive up to £250!
