Job Description

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain issues.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance and supply chain metrics.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's strategic planning.
  • Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to existing processes.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain processes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
