Job Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients.
- Liaise with supply chain partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop strategies to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any supply chain issues.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and supply chain metrics.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the company's strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry trends and suggest improvements to existing processes.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- Proficiency in supply chain software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
- Solid knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
