It will involve creating globally recognized standards and governance accommodating the nuances in our different initiative types, regions and engineering functions. Additionally, it will involve laying the foundation and preparing the organisation for the emerging change. The person will also be responsible for program management of all global development project and roll outs of the technology required to enable the effective operation of our supply chain service centre network. ** Programme management & Governance Establish and lead an effective programme management structure for Supply Chain Engineering: Identifying and managing dependencies, risks and issues and driving corrective actions Lead programme reporting capabilities tracking overall performance, risk/issue management and benefits realization. Change Management Support to introduce and embed change management principles into ways of working for strategic projects working with the dedicated change manager.
