Supply Chain Finance Manager – Elida Beauty
Work Location – Hybrid and Flexibility to travel to London Battersea office (Min 1 day/week in London office)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the procurement teams, to support on sourcing changes to help reduce supply chain costs, whilst balancing other considerations, e.g. Service/NWC
- Conduct cost analysis and lead financial modelling to support decision-making across supply chain initiatives
- Implement key reporting around quarterly price updates, develop and analyse reporting on variances (PPV/ FX, others) and provide recommendations for improvement
- Working with SC savings programme to drive vigour and ensure P&L realisation of initiatives
- Understand rates for Logistics suppliers, and partner with logistics team to support cost analysis on any new logistics contracts
- Manage one direct report, a qualified accountant
Required experience:
- Previous roles based in Supply Chain Finance
- Proven understanding of how to best influence stakeholders and drive process improvement
- Advanced knowledge of excel with fantastic modelling abilities
- Experience working across FMCG or similar industries
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- Minimum of 2 year Post Qualified Experience
- Knowledge of Oracle, or SAP is a plus.
Required skillsets:
- Self-starter who can hit the ground running for immediate contribution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good work ethics, and high standards of professional integrity
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially excel and power point
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to continuously prioritise, set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment
