Job Description
- Manage the end to end supply chain and logistics - distribution, planning, forecasting and stock control
- Work cross functionally with other key stakeholders such as NPD, Procurement and Marketing.
- Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Oversee supply chain risk management.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand in the London area.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven working experience in the food, hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Solid understanding of forecasting and stock control
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software.
