Are you passionate about all things skincare? We might have the perfect role for you! We are looking for a dynamic new Supply Chain Manager to join an all-natural, cruelty free skincare brand based in London.


This role is full-time and will be split between the London office and working from home.


Reporting directly to the company founder, this pivotal role will ensure the smooth implementation of importing and exporting goods through various global territories as well as facilitating registration, freight, logistics and warehousing requirements.


It will also include admin tasks, supplier liaising and general day-to-day business support, such as:


  • Managing a team with enthusiasm and a positive, supportive approach
  • Overseeing all warehouse and supply chain tasks
  • Tracking and managing supply chain budget including freight, duty and taxes
  • Working with the lab teams to ensure global compliance of current and new products
  • Proposing and sharing innovation in the marketplace across various categories such as products and packaging


The perfect candidate for this role is someone with experience in operations and supply chain management who has a strong understanding of NPD. You’ll need to be brilliant at building relationships, and should already have significant experience of working with agents, manufacturers and clients on a global basis.


Ideally you will be familiar with all global market requirements. We are looking for a confident, self-starter who has fantastic communication skills and is used to working in a fast-paced environment. A team player, you’ll have experience of managing a small team and inspiring them to carry out great work. And of course, a passion for skincare helps!
