If you are an experienced Supply Chain Manager who enjoys developing and implementing new strategies, you will thrive in this position. You will be given the independence to lead a team and identify new opportunities for improvement, and efficiency.
What’s on offer?
- Salary: £50-60kp/a
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Your key responsibilities
- Manage the order fulfilment process, including customer service and warehouse functions
- Monitoring procurement activities, ensuring the most cost-effective methods, maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers
- Co-ordinate the production planning processes
- Supporting team members, coaching and mentoring whilst leading by example
- Ensure compliance and health and safety, in line with industry standards and requirements
- Oversee the transportation and distribution activities, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Implement inventory control measures and demand forecasting techniques to maintain optimum stock levels
- Identify areas of improvement in the supply chain
- Manage staff workloads, holiday requests, and absences
- Work with HR and other managers to implement company policies
- Creating reports
What you will need
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience using supply chain management software, such as ERP, transportation management, and inventory management systems
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Rapport building abilities
- Team leading skills
