You will be a creative thinker who works well alone or as part of a collaborative team. You will be comfortable with process redesign, continuous improvement activities, and driving effectiveness within the Supply Chain Team.You will enjoy generating and analyzing reports and will be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, as well as demonstrate strong presentation skills.We are ideally looking for a candidate who is a Change Agent, able to think outside of the box and come up with innovative solutions.RoleKey responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Team and service managementDriving business optimizationSpearheading initiatives within PurchasingInventory managementDemand managementCost managementSourcing activitiesEnsuring effective collaboration with all departments Experience Minimum 5 years’ experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement (preferably in an electronic or FMCG environment)Minimum 5 years’ experience in the management of small teamsExperience in Far East purchasing advantageousMinimum 3 years’ experience in working with global teamsKnowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques (beginner level)Knowledge of remote management Qualifications Skills Behaviors : Motivations : Education Experience Preferred Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement techniques (beginner level) 3 years: experience in working with global teams 5 years: experience in the management of small teams 5 years: experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Procurement (preferably in an electronic or FMCG environment) Licenses & Certifications
