Supply Chain Manager
Location: Reading, England (3 days per week onsite)
The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations. This includes procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP knowledge and a proven track record in managing complex supply chains. Experience with product launches is preferred but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient procurement, production, and distribution of pharmaceutical products.
- Utilize SAP to monitor and optimize supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize obsolescence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations.
- Product launch experience preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to work onsite in Reading, England, for 3 days per week.
