Join our growing organic food & drinks import business! Location – working from home (UK time zone) Hours – around 20 hours per week spread over 5 days 25 days holiday pro rata plus bank holidays WHO WE ARE – We are an importer and brand owner of organic foods. We believe healthier eating leads to happier lives so we’re proud to grow exciting challenger food brands from startup to £10m+ by winning listings and managing accounts in all UK retail channels. We have strong relationships with premium grocery and health food retailers. WHAT WE NEED – We are looking for an experienced and pro-active supply chain manager who has experience supplying UK organic wholesalers and premium retailers including Ocado and Waitrose.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Order processing:  receive and process incoming customer orders - Sales ledger input on xero:  create supplier POs and customer invoices on Xero - Logistics communications with 3PL providers:  place orders with 3PL warehouse providers and UK hauliers - Stock management & replenishment:  record, monitor and manage stock levels, place POs with suppliers for just-in-time deliveries - Import of goods:  work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to clear imported goods with customs REQUIREMENTS -· Supply chain experience in the UK food industry supplying Ocado, Waitrose and wholesalers - Xero sales ledger and purchase order working knowledge - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills - Access to a computer and fast internet - Enthusiasm for organic foods - Upbeat can-do attitude
