We're currently hiring a Supply Chain Manager for a start-up company within the consumer space, based in London (with hybrid working).


Over the last 5 years, this business has built a strong customer based in the UK and are now looking to scale into new markets including the US. They've grown organically, are highly profitable and have an awesome team

Reporting into the Head of Operations, this role will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the 3rd party fulfilment, coordinating with CS teams
  • Managing existing supplier relationships and onboarding new suppliers. Handling negotiations, contracts and post order tracking
  • Continuously improving and optimising supply chain processes, reducing cost, increasing efficiency and improving customer satisfaction
  • Supporting the business with market expansion, US & Europe
  • Sourcing new products where needed. Maintain an update knowledge of the market/prices


Candidates should have

  • Experience within supply chain/logistics, ideally within a consumer industry. Start-up/SME experience desirable
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • A get stuff done attitude and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong academics or similar qualifications

Target salary - up to £45k
