Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Systems Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves supporting our cutting-edge warehouse and transport management systems, including the Koerber Warehouse Management System, Gains Inventory Management System, and Oracle Transport Management System.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line support for our WMS, IMS, and TMS systems across the UK, France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy.
- Play a critical role in the reception, testing, and implementation of new system upgrades.
- Collaborate closely with the business team to drive continuous improvement and innovative solutions.
Who Should Apply:
- Individuals with 1-2 years of experience in a technical role.
- Those with technical skills like SQL, Linux (advantageous but not essential).
- Experience with warehouse or inventory management systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and good presentation abilities.
Training & Development:
- Comprehensive training on Koerber Warehouse Management System, Gains Inventory Management System, and Oracle Transport Management System.
- On-the-job support and training sessions for various technical aspects, including database management, SQL, report writing, and introduction to Linux.
