Supply Planning Manager ***High Growth SME***

Up to £65,000 per annum + Bonus, Pension, Healthcare & Holiday

Hybrid working 3 days based in central London office and 2 days from home.


The Organisation

A high growth FMCG SME with an award winning branded portfolio seeking to recruit a Supply Planning Manager to join there expanding supply chain function.


The Role

  • Manage the end to end supply planning process for the company
  • Own the day to day relationship with our clients co-pack partners to ensure they are effectively meeting our requirements.
  • Integral part of the S&OP process in the short, medium and long-term horizons, across the UK and Europe.
  • Deliver industry leading customer supply service level and minimise product waste through proactive customer and supplier management.
  • Support the supply chain optimisation and growth agenda; adapting the supply and demand planning model to service a varied customer base of Retails, RTM and international customers.
  • Working with our clients co-packers, support the Head of Operations in developing medium- to long-term Capacity and Capability to fulfil our clients future growth and supply contingency.
  • Manage finished goods, packaging and ingredients inventory, working with suppliers to optimise reliability, cost and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the planning process, adopting it to the fast growing business’s demands.


The Candidate

Supply Planning experience gained within FMCG Supply Chain (3-5 yrs) in fresh/chilled working with third party co-packers.

Highly analytical, with ability to critique and interpret data, and support process improvements to drive business effectiveness.

Strong data analytical skills, strong in excel and proficient in visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc) is a must.

Experience within a FMCG SME environment.

Commercial and practical, with excellent attention to detail and ability to setup and run effective and efficient processes, identifying risks and corrective actions.

Comfortable to work with ambiguity, with strong problem-solving skills.

Pro-active, self-disciplined, resilient, and able to work independently

Self-aware, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
