Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus


Location: Woking, Hybrid (working 3 days from the office, 2 days from home)

We are currently partnering with a fantastic drinks business who are looking for a supply planning manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in developing and guiding a team of supply planners to new heights. In this role you will focus on optimising efficiencies and driving improvements to key business metrics, whilst fostering a culture of growth and collaboration. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure seamless production and delivery of products, to help meet customer demands.


About the role:

  • coach and develop a team of supply planning professionals, helping them achieve their full potential.
  • key projects and process improvements to continuously enhance supply planning operations.
  • the supply planning function in S&OP process, playing a key part in influencing key strategic business decisions.
  • strong relationships with manufacturing teams, and collaborate closely with suppliers to help optimise performance.
  • potential stock risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams on solutions to mitigate them.


About you:

  • experience working in a similar role, ideally within the drinks industry
  • understand of production and supply planning processes, as well as experience working with in-house manufacturing partners.
  • with experience working with planning systems, and driving process improvements
  • leadership skills and previous experience coaching, developing and leading teams.
  • communication and collaboration skills, as well as ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
