What You’ll Do: Inspire & Teach: Deliver engaging lessons across different subjects and age groups, ensuring students stay motivated and excited to learn. ️ Adapt on the Fly: Tailor your teaching methods to meet the unique needs of diverse classrooms, ensuring every student thrives. Create a Positive Space: Maintain a supportive and encouraging classroom environment where students feel confident to express themselves and succeed. Assess & Support: Regularly evaluate student progress, ensuring each child reaches their full potential. Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and students to ensure an open, effective line of communication. What You Bring: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in teaching with proven classroom management skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field Knowledge: Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and educational system Skills: Exceptional communication, time-management, and organisation skills Preferred: Postgraduate Qualification in Education Experience working with diverse student populations, ensuring inclusivity for all learners.
