Seeking a Behaviour Mentor Are you passionate about making a positive impact in children’s lives? Do you have experience in behaviour management and mentoring? If so, we want to hear from you! As a behaviour Mentor in our primary school, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll work closely with students, teachers, and parents to address behavioural concerns, promote social-emotional development, and foster a culture of respect and cooperation.   Position: Behaviour Mentor Location: Bolton (BL1) Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:30pm Contract: Full Time, Temporary Pay rate: £12.90 - £13.50 per hour   Start Date: October 2024 start.   Responsibilities: Conduct assessments to understand the root causes of behavioural issues and develop tailored intervention plans. Implement evidence-based strategies to support students in managing emotions, resolving conflicts, and making positive choices. Collaborate with teachers to create behaviour management plans and provide classroom support as needed. Communicate regularly with parents to share progress, solicit feedback, and coordinate support strategies. Serve as a resource for staff, offering guidance and training on behaviour management techniques. Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and outcomes.
