We collaborate closely with care providers to maintain a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment across our properties.   The Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Support Partnership Manager who understands the challenges and rewards of supported housing. Reporting to the Director of Support Partnerships, you will work closely with our care providers, ensuring that we deliver outstanding support to our residents and maintain high standards of care across all our services.   Key Responsibilities: Enhance Current Partnerships: Work with existing care and support providers to develop improvement plans, manage compliance, and resolve complex care-related issues to ensure high-quality support. Develop New Partnerships: Lead the onboarding of new care partners, ensuring that all services align with regulatory standards, including safeguarding and care quality requirements. Support Project Partnerships: Collaborate with stakeholders to tailor support solutions, conduct quality audits, and manage risks to drive successful outcomes for our residents.   What You Bring: Experience in the care or supported housing sector, with a deep understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and care quality standards. Strong relationship management skills, particularly in working with care providers and other support services. A compassionate approach, with the ability to handle crises and manage compliance with a focus on care outcomes. Excellent project management skills, with an emphasis on enhancing support services.
