Job Title: Support Pricing Analyst
Location: Glasgow (Remote options available)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
Our client is a national IT Services and Consulting organisation focused on delivering customer-centric solutions. Our client is looking to take on a Support Pricing Analyst, to assist with the production of accurate support pricing and tender response quotations to drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
Produce competitive support pricing quotations for renewals, existing estate transfers and yearly solutions
Collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure information is received
Create statistical analysis of requests and KPI compliance
Ensure compliance with SLAs for quote production, as well as quote amendments & refresh as required
Experience:
Knowledge of Cisco products, services, and processes
Excellent Excel skills
Finance or sales administrative experience
Commercial pricing experience, as well as in commercial/sales administration
Excellent inter-personal skills and time-management skills
Benefits:
£28,000 - £30,000 Base Salary
