We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Manager for a supported living service for adults. If this sounds like the role for you then get in touch NOW!
You will be working for an excellent service provider who are highly experienced in providing specialist support to individuals with Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health across a 9 bed Flat Scheme.
You will be managing the day to day running of the service along sided Assistant team manager, you will have the responsibility to line manage the front-line staff organise any building maintenance requirements.
You must have real understanding managing a caseload of individuals with complex needs as well as having a real passion and drive to be leading by example with a firm management style. Positive attitude , Flexible to working hours and willing to participate in on call arrangements.
This is a Full-time permanent role 40 hours a week starting salary of £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience per annum if you don`t have Level 5 in leadership in management you must be willing to undertake this. Plus Development and training opportunities available with a full comprehensive induction with the company.
Working Hours Monday - Friday with expectation to support with the service where needs be and taking on call responsibilities and some weekends
